What’s This Role All About? 

As our Team Leader, you’re the heartbeat of our delivery operations. You’ll be hustling to recruit top-tier riders, ensuring they're well-trained, and maintaining the stellar service quality that QwK is known for. You’ll work closely with the Riders' Team Leader to ensure every package delivered is a testament to our commitment to excellence.

Here’s What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

·         Rider Acquisition: Scout and recruit the best riders who are quick, reliable, and always ready with a smile.

·         Training & Onboarding: Onboard new recruits with comprehensive training, ensuring they know the ins and outs of delivering excellence.

·         Service Quality Assurance: Constantly monitor and uphold our high service standards. You’ll be the guardian of quality, making sure every delivery is perfect.

·         Ongoing Support & Development: Offer continuous support and development opportunities for our riders, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.

·         Liaison Work: Serve as the key link between riders and the Riders' Team Leader, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

·        Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of our delivery operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our service delivery.

Job Requirements

Who’s Right for the Job?

·        Experienced Leader: You have a minimum of 3 years in fleet management, ideally within a similar fast-paced, high-standard delivery environment.

·         People Person: Skilled at building relationships and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.

·         Problem Solver: Quick thinking and proactive at tackling challenges.

·         Detail-Oriented Organizer: Meticulous with details and obsessed with efficiency.

·         Passionate Innovator: Driven to maintain high standards and continuously improve delivery experiences.

·         Network: Holds or can immediately acquire an outstanding network of riders, third party rider suppliers and riders' team leaders within Madinaty and Shorouk
